It's back to the current Tamba magazine and a piece by Fiona Gibson that made me laugh out loud. Adapted from her book about family life, The Fish Finger Years, and listing 20 things she wishes she'd been told by her mum, she says: "Your children will only squeal 'yaaahh! my shoes are too small in the presence of other parents."
She also advises:"We need to show our kids that we read for fun too. Even if it's just a mangled copy of Heat." Not so sure about that one. Read about some more of Fiona's work influenced by her twin sons here.
