Wallpaper: HOW TO DRAW AN ASTRONAUT
Added: June 26, 2014 (23842 Downloads)
Start with perfectly laid out circles and line to serve as guidelines. A big circle for the astronaut’s face and lines on either sides for his arms and circles for his hand. Draw a big round circle for his body and two circles on either sides below for his hips and lines that connect all the way down to his feet.
We will start drawing the details from the top starting off with his visor and helmet lines. Then draw two oxygen tanks on his back like the above figure.
We move on to his torso where we will be detailing his suit. Draw his shoulders and move into his neck ring. Then detail the front torso and include the oxygen hose as seen on the left.
Add shape and detail to the remote unit and draw his arms along with the metal plates that protect it.
Now draw the astronaut’s wrists and proceed to his hips. Give it shape and detail like the above figure.
While drawing the astronaut’s legs make sure to add bumps, creases and wrinkles to make it look realistic.
Finish off by drawing his boots and adding detail to it.
Erase all the guidelines and mistakes and you will end up with the perfectly drawn astronaut like the above picture.
