Twins whose TTTS was corrected in-utero born in May

LIANA Sophia and Amaya Noel were born May 4, 2009. Their parents are Esther and Bjorn Dixon of Minnesota. Esther went to Texas for in-utero surgery to correct Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome that was discovered on an ultrasound. The Dixons have a blog, Bjorn & Esther Dixon. Congratulations!

1. What are your current obsessions?

As ever lots of things. Family and work, work and family. That's about it really. Blog wise, I'm still reeling from our Disney experience, and am blown away by the work of Camilla Chafer and Keris Stainton so far on our new travel blog, Havealovelytime.com.

2. Which item of clothes do you wear most often?

Just anything black, black and more black. If you want to know why, look here.

Project Seahorse update: Please vote for inspirational video! (Today's the last day...)

YOU may remember that some months ago, I featured a video on You've Got Your Hands Full which was a tribute to a precious little girl called Emily, a quadruplet who died when she was just days old.

I remember thinking at the time that being able to spread the word about the work that her family have gone on to do through their Project Seahorse organisation, despite their own grief, to help other families, underlined my belief in blogging.

Now Emily's dad Phil Roberts, from Lexington in Kentucky, has been in touch to tell me about another video and this time, ask for my help in getting people to vote for it in a TV channel's competition.

I've now written a fuller post about our Disney adventures over at our new family travel blog, which remains a work in progress.

I'm wary of writing much more about this here and have an interesting opportunity for parents of multiples that I would like to share with you very soon.

Back from Walt Disney World: A mini round-up of sorts

British 'mummy bloggers' hit Disney

THERE are lots of things I have never done. Two which seem to surprise people are 1) watching an episode of The Simpsons all the way through and 2) visiting a Disney theme park.

Now at least one of those is going to change as I have been invited to Walt Disney World, Orlando, as part of a group of British parent bloggers, to see 'everything the resort has to offer.'

No, I can't quite believe it either. I've already blogged about what it's like to be leaving my children to ride a rollercoaster or six and now I'm also looking forward to meeting the other mums going along, later this month.

What's it like looking after baby twins? Read and weep (with laughter)

FOUR down, mum to go, is a fantastic, relatively new blog, all written from the "frontline" of raising four boys.

This post - filled with squirty poo and vomit (you have been warned) from twins Zach and Jonah made me wince and laugh out loud.

I hope you can find time to check out this wonderful blog. Way to go, mum of four! The post has made me remember a day I kept a diary filled with how many times I'd changed nappies and cleared up vomit.

It was fascinating as you can imagine. Perhaps I will dig it out, bet you can't wait.

Tips to help get your children into a sleeping routine from You've Got Your Hands Full readers

A WHILE back I wrote about how disappointed I was that when my daughters were younger, we never managed to conquer the 'get them off to sleep and you can have a life in the evenings' challenge.

Commenters offered some excellent advice and shared their stories of how they had mastered said challenge. Now I have been asked for advice from an expectant mum of twins. So it has made me remember that it would be a good idea to bring those pointers together.
